Latest Commission: Cafe Concerto - Petergate, York

The latest in my illustrated buildings series, and my first colour illustrated Cafe.
I used a mixture of my styles, using colour for the Cafe and black and white for the surrounds.

We stayed in a great YHA hostel in Poppit Sands,
I would highly recommend it.

Latest Cityscape: The Royal Oak, York

This is the latest in my series of illustrated pubs in York. The Royal Oak has recently re-opened and has a great range of real ales available.

This is the first in a series of illustrated walks which have been commissioned by Lakeland Walker, a magazine featuring walks and information about The Lake District.

Outdoor exhibition on Parliament Street, York - Saturday 7th May 2011

I will be displaying my illustrations of York outside by the fountain in the city center of York. There will also be a chance to see me sketching in the street of the surrounding areas.

Sketching in Whitby - January 2011

 

These are a series of sketches I produced whilst staying 

in Whitby for a couple of nights at The Black Horse, 

an award winning CAMRA pub. Winter conditions 

meant that most of the sketches were drawn from 

indoors, with a warm drink in hand.
